Ingredients you can use:
- Peanut butter (use plain peanut butter with no added artificial sweeteners)
- Plain Yogurt
- Pumpkin purée (again, no additives)
- Chicken broth or water
In a blender, combine equal portions of Peanut butter or Pumpkin to Yogurt. Add broth if extra liquid is needed to make the mixture smooth.
Pour mixture into paper cups. I like to add a biscuit to the top just to fancy it up! Put in Freezer and serve once fully frozen.
